of Using Cricckex

01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the Cricckex platform in any way — including browsing the website, creating an account, making a deposit, or playing any game — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them.

These terms apply to all users of Cricckex, including registered players, visitors, and anyone who interacts with the platform in any capacity. If you are using Cricckex on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that person to these terms and that they have also read and agreed to them.

Cricckex reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically. Your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

02 Eligibility and Age Verification

To register and use Cricckex, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities may not register as players.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a Cricckex employee.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the Cricckex platform.

Cricckex takes age verification seriously. We reserve the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. This may include a copy of a government-issued ID, a utility bill, or other documentation. Accounts that cannot be verified will be suspended until verification is complete. Any winnings accumulated during an unverified period may be withheld pending verification.

If it is discovered that a player is under 18 years of age, their account will be immediately closed, all deposits will be returned, and any winnings will be forfeited. Cricckex will report underage gambling to the relevant authorities where required by law.

03 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on Cricckex. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and any balances being forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for keeping your account information current. Cricckex is not liable for any issues arising from inaccurate account information provided by the player.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your permission, you must contact Cricckex support immediately.

Cricckex reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

Cricckex supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. These are the only accepted payment methods on the platform. Deposits made via any other method will not be credited and may not be recoverable.

Deposits are credited to your Cricckex account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. Cricckex does not charge any fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawal requests are processed within minutes for verified accounts. The minimum withdrawal amount is displayed in your Finance / Wallet section. Withdrawals can only be made to a payment account that belongs to you — third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.

• Withdrawals to accounts not matching your registered name will be declined.
• Cricckex may request additional verification before processing large withdrawals.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• Cricckex reserves the right to delay withdrawals pending fraud or security checks.

All transactions on Cricckex are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Cricckex is not responsible for any currency conversion fees applied by your payment provider.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

Cricckex offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are communicated at the time the bonus is offered. The general rules below apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated.

• Each bonus offer is available once per player, per household, and per payment account.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any withdrawal can be made.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified for each bonus.
• Cricckex reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash directly.
• If Cricckex suspects that a bonus is being abused, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.

Players who participate in the Cricckex Exclusive programme are subject to additional terms specific to that programme, which are communicated separately upon enrolment.

06 Gameplay Rules

All games available on Cricckex — including Dragon and Tiger, West Hunter Bingo, Ultra Treasure, Let's Shoot, Star Fishing, and all other titles — are governed by individual game rules that are accessible within each game. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of any game before placing a bet.

All game outcomes on Cricckex are determined by a certified random number generator (RNG). The RNG is independently audited to ensure fairness. Cricckex does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the affected round will be declared void and any stakes placed will be returned to the player's account. Cricckex is not liable for any losses resulting from technical issues beyond its reasonable control, including internet connectivity problems on the player's side.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. Cricckex reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Cricckex. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in legal action.

• Creating more than one account on the platform.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tools to interact with the platform.
• Attempting to exploit bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform or any game.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the Cricckex platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Cricckex staff or other players.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.

Cricckex employs advanced fraud detection systems that monitor all accounts and transactions. Any account flagged by these systems may be suspended pending investigation, regardless of whether a violation has been confirmed.

08 Responsible Gaming

Cricckex is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, and we provide tools to help players stay in control of their experience.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all Cricckex players:

• Deposit Limits: Set a maximum deposit amount per day, week, or month directly from your account settings.
• Session Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you after a set amount of time spent playing.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately.
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up notifications showing your session duration and net gaming activity.

Once a self-exclusion is in place, Cricckex will not accept any deposits or allow any gameplay from the excluded account for the duration of the exclusion period. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to circumvent the exclusion by creating new accounts.

09 Privacy and Data

Cricckex collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By agreeing to these terms, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.

The personal data Cricckex collects includes, but is not limited to, your name, contact details, payment information, and gaming activity. This data is used to operate your account, process transactions, comply with legal obligations, and improve the platform.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cricckex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

Cricckex does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors or interruptions. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages may occur. Cricckex will make reasonable efforts to minimise downtime and will communicate planned maintenance in advance where possible.

Cricckex is not responsible for any losses arising from:

• Internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
• Unauthorised access to a player's account due to the player's failure to secure their credentials.
• Actions taken by payment providers outside of Cricckex's control.
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, or infrastructure failures.

11 Account Suspension and Termination

Cricckex reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it reasonably believes that the account holder has violated these Terms and Conditions or engaged in any activity that is harmful to the platform, other players, or third parties.

In the event of account termination due to a breach of these terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. If the account is terminated for reasons unrelated to a breach — for example, if Cricckex decides to cease operations in a particular market — any verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

Players may close their own accounts at any time by contacting Cricckex support. Upon account closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

12 Changes to These Terms

Cricckex may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification. The updated terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

If you do not agree with any changes to these terms, you must stop using the platform and close your account before the changes take effect. Continued use of Cricckex after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
